I hope everyone is staying healthy. I wanted to provide you all with some at home workouts.

PLT4M created an at home workout regime which you can navigate through the PLT4M app. The program is called “Remote Fitness.” Coach Lee made these workouts public, so you do not have to be attached to a specific program to view them. If you have trouble accessing from your “workouts”  tab, make sure you tab over from “schedules” to “programs” at the top of your app screen.
