Early Lead For Tuscarawas Valley Seals Fate For Sandy Valley Cardinals Varsity
Sandy Valley Cardinals Varsity watched the game slip away early and couldn’t recover in a 21-1 loss to Tuscarawas Valley on Monday. Tuscarawas Valley scored on a single by Albaugh and a single by #28 in the first inning.
The Sandy Valley Cardinals Varsity struggled to put runs on the board and had a tough time defensively containing Tuscarawas Valley, giving up 21 runs.
In the first inning, Tuscarawas Valley got their offense started when Albaugh singled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run.
